Mystic Mountain Nebulae

I've recently been inspired by hubble images of happenings in space. These two watercolor paintings are somewhat representative of the "Mystic Mountain." Jets from newborn stars stream from the peak of a cloud of gas and dust in the Carina Nebula. Scorching radiation and fast stellar winds from super-hot newborn stars shape the gas and cause new stars to form.
